Start and stop at any semester
We understand the importance of flexibility in academic programming. The Satkaam program is designed to align with any Colleges specific needs:
Recommendation: We recommended that colleges run the entire 4 semester program so that students get maximum benefit. All topics are modular / atomic and have no dependency or sequence. Also, for maximum impact, students of 2nd and 3rd year maybe best suited to join
Semester Options: Colleges can choose to join in any semester and then pause or (re)continue in the following semester. Example: A College can choose to begin in any of 1, 2, 3, or all 4 semesters of the Satkaam program, And continue participation or choose to pause and rejoin later.
No Limits: There is no limit to the number of students nor any restriction on the branch of studies.
Delivered by Industry Experts
The Satkaam program is delivered by a network of over 70+ industry experts located globally. These professionals bring real-world experience and practical insights to the learning environment, using a proven framework:

Each topic shall also cover how AI is in motion for the topic in discussion.
The Satkaam program comprises a total of 29 topics, delivered over 132 hours over 4 semesters of 32 hours each.
Topics are delivered in weekly 2 hour online sessions.
Though we have a calendar for every semester, we announce the topics every week for the upcoming week in a Whatsapp channel created exclusively for the college.
All sessions are designed to be hands-on and interactive, ensuring active student engagement
We try and make it in-person every semester
Satkaam encourages colleges to conduct in-person workshops, in addition to the online modules, to enhance the learning experience.
These 3 to 4 hours workshops provide students with opportunities for direct interaction with industry experts, collaborative learning, and practical application of knowledge.
These workshops are offered above and beyond the 32 hours of online sessions per semester.

Faculty Workshop
Student and Faculty feedback
Consistently, we have heard from the faculty that they need exposure to
- product engineering and management
- time management techniques
- problem breakdown and prioritization techniques
So we turned this into a Faculty workshop
What are our Key Focus Areas?
We have repeatedly heard from the Faculty that following are their typical day-in-the-life challenge
- Collect Data
- Student Placements
- Research Environment
- Get Higher in the NIRF list
- Multitasking: How to deal with multiple things to solve
Typically we pick a problem and break it down , evaluate and find the next steps .
Mindmapping and Prioritization
To approach problem solving methodically
Have good coverage and not miss things
Helps us focus on the key things in the right sequence
Helps know if we are on track
Helps us learn on how we did and how we can do better in such cases in the future ?
Mentorship Program
For selected students only
During Satkaam sessions, we will identify some students who we find more interested, curious, and hungry than others
This will be in a sense subjective but we will refine it as we go along
We will give a simple application form to these students to answer three questions
We will short list students based on the submissions and assuming we get more than what we need , we will select and then pair them up with the mentors
This is a typical past structure
List of potential mentee candidates would be identified by <Date>
Mentors can let Satkaam know how much time they can give in a month ( in 30 minute slots , i.e 1 slot / 2 slots / …. )
The pairing of mentees to mentors to be done by <date> with the target of the first 1-1 call to be done sometime by <date>.
The Program for this semester will conclude by <date>
The mentorship program for these students would run till end of Semester with a max of 1 hrs / month for each mentee
